Public relations is the strategic management of relationships between an organization and its diverse public, through the use of communication, to achieve mutual understanding, realize organizational goals, and serve the public interest. The strategic plan helps an organization adapt to an ever-changing world and provides a framework to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships as well as to anticipate and effectively deal with potential problems and opportunities. 

Marketing is the process of getting people interested in your company's product or service. This happens through market research, analysis, and understanding your ideal customer's interests. Marketing pertains to all aspects of a business, including product development, distribution methods, sales, and advertising.
